What is the UB Merch Store?

The UB Merch Store is an online store selling UnionBank branded merchandise such as shirts, jackets, bags, umbrellas, and other items.

Who may buy from the UB Merch Store?

Purchasing is limited to employees of Union Bank of the Philippines only. 

How can I order?

You can place your order via ubmerch.myshopify.com. Upon entering the online store, browse the available products, select size, input quantity and other required information, then checkout.

How can I pay?

The UB Merch Store accepts Mastercard and Visa credit, debit, and prepaid cards. 

How will I receive my order?

In the Shipping Address, enter the branch name and complete address of the UnionBank branch nearest you.  Your order will be shipped to the said branch.  You must proceed to the identified branch to pick-up the item.  If you opt for UBP Plaza, items may be picked up from the Messengerial Services Office at Basement 1.

Can I have my order shipped to my personal address?

Unfortunately, this option is not available this time while work from home is being implemented for employees reporting to the UBP Plaza.  No one would be available to meet with your chosen courier to hand over your order. 

How soon will I receive my order? 

Items will be forwarded to the Bank's Messengerial Services not later than one week after your order is placed.  Below are the delivery timelines to the identified branch upon turn-over to Messengerial Services:

  1.    a) NCR - next day
  2.    b) Luzon - 5-7 days
  3.    c) Visayas - 3-5 days
  4.    d) Mindanao - 3-5 days 

How will I know if my order is already with the branch?

Please call the branch after the prescribed delivery timeline to check if your item has arrived.   

How can I pick-up my order?

Please proceed to the identified branch and present your UnionBank ID to pick-up your order.  While still at the branch, please check your package to ensure that you received the correct item. 

I received the wrong item, how can I return?

Please send an email to ubmerchadmin@unionbankph.com.  Leave the item with the branch so it may be sent back to UBP Plaza.  The correct item will be shipped out upon receipt of the returned item.  Timeline for re-delivery of item will follow the regular delivery timeline.

How can I refund?

Refunds are only available to those who paid for orders that ran out of stock.  If qualified, you will receive an email from ubmerchadmin@unionbankph.com informing you of the status of your order.  You may opt to change your order or get a refund.  If the latter, the refund will be credited back to your account within one week.
